1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Shala Rojmel, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Shala Rojmel is a digital rojmel (ledger) management system for schools, which allows you to:

  • Manage income and expenditure transactions
  • Generate government-approved rojmel reports
  • Create audit-ready financial documents
  • Access services through mobile app and web platform

3. User Account

To use Shala Rojmel, you must:

  • Provide accurate personal information (name, phone number, email)
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Purchase Plans

Shala Rojmel offers the following one-time purchase plans:

  • 1 Rojmel Plan: ₹199 — Create 1 rojmel for one financial year
  • 2 Rojmel Plan: ₹299 — Create up to 2 rojmel for one financial year
  • 3 Rojmel Plan: ₹399 — Create up to 3 rojmel for one financial year

All plans are one-time purchases and include app and web access (without any advertisements).

5. Payment Terms

Payments can be made through:

  • Google Payment (in-app)
  • UPI or PFMS (through our official website)

All payments are processed securely.

6. No Refund Policy

Important: Shala Rojmel operates on a strict non-refund policy. Once a purchase is made, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Technical issues (our team will provide support)
  • Non-usage of the service
  • Account termination

7. Data & Content

You retain ownership rights over your data. By using our Service, you grant us the following rights:

  • Store and process your data to provide the service
  • Generate reports and documents on demand
  • Maintain backups for data security

8. Restricted Use

You may not use Shala Rojmel for:

  • Violating any laws or regulations
  • Sending harmful or malicious content
  • Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
  • Using the service for fraudulent purposes

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform maintenance and updates

  • Suspend service for violations of these terms

10. Limitation of Liability

Shala Rojmel is provided "as-is" without any warranty. We are not liable for:

  • Misuse of the purchased service
